ALBAWABA - The Namibian government is angry after a video went viral on social media showing three tourists walking and wandering fully naked at the Big Daddy dune.

According to local media, the tourists were pictured fully naked and took a video while they were enjoying their trip to one of the country's iconic attractions in the Namib Desert.

The video has sparked anger among the Namibian government which warned to take serious action against the tourists involved in this "immoral act".

The vice-chairperson of the Federation of Namibian Tourism Associations Kenneth Nependa expressed "shock and surprise", explaining that what he saw "tarnishes Namibia's reputation".

He further noted that such behaviors "could attract tourists with disrespectful attitudes."

"The actions observed are deeply concerning and reflect poorly on Namibia," Nependa said, confirming that the attraction is a place for families and such acts are inappropriate and unacceptable.

Meanwhile, Romeo Muyunda, spokesperson for the Ministry of Environment, Forestry, and Tourism said: "Tourists must adhere to the laws and regulations of the places they visit."
