ALBAWABA - Lebanese singer Elissa filed an appeal with her nation's court, protesting that she had lost her right to have her YouTube channel restored.

The Lebanese musician said that a firm had illegally taken control of her YouTube channel in a statement she shared on social media, explaining the incident's specifics.

Elissa wrote a post asking how to "claim her right" in Lebanon in response to a company that had taken over her YouTube channel without cause. The civil judiciary had ruled that the company had to give up its channel, but the business had refused to comply. Elissa addressed her post to the President of the Supreme Judicial Council and the Public Prosecutor of Cassation.

After many weeks of inquiries, she spoke about the decision to turn over her channel, enforce the law, and shut down the business, disregarding the verdict. Public Judge Ghada Houn, however, got in touch with the case's investigator and ordered him to maintain the connection with the corporation without consulting its file, according to the Lebanese artist's post.

Elissa made her last comment on her post, "Which country will you be in?" Additionally, the debate continues.

Elissa's fans had various views. Some fans expressed dissatisfaction over the disregard for Elissa's case, while others argued that Elissa should have addressed YouTube management directly. This is because YouTube management, not the court, is the authorized authority in this matter.
