Despite rumours linking them since October, the secretive pair has remained mum about their romance.
Rumored to be dating since October, the duo has kept their relationship quiet and avoided any red carpet appearances together. They accompanied each other to a Broadway performance in New York City last month.
Cooper, 49, and Hadid, 28, were seen holding hands when they were out. Before that, they shared a kiss during a group dinner date in New York City.
Cooper and Hadid revealed to People on Wednesday a couple's trip to Carmel-by-the-Sea, California, with Travis and his girlfriend, Taylor Swift.
In 2015, Hadid made an appearance in Swift's music video for "Bad Blood." The two have been good friends for more than ten years. The longtime friends last went out on a girl's night with Selena Gomez, Brittany Mahomes, Sophie Turner, and Cara Delevingne in November.
