Macklemore to drop pro-Palestine song 'Hind's Hall'

ALBAWABA - American rapper Benjamin Hammond Haggerty (Better known as Macklemore) took the internet by storm after announcing a new upcoming pro-Palestine song across his official social media outlets.

The song in question will be called "Hind's Hall" in reference to the Palestinian six-year-old Hind Rajab who died during the ongoing Israeli aggression in Gaza since Oct. 7, 2023. Moreover, Macklemore announced that all profits garnered by the song would all be going towards the UNRWA humanitarian aid to help the Palestinians in Gaza.

Macklemore posted a video across his official social media platforms and captioned it as "HIND’S HALL. Once it’s up on streaming all proceeds to UNRWA." 

Additionally, the video showcased a snippet of the song and shots of the ongoing pro-Palestine protests happening in the USA right now with the addition of some disturbing police brutality incidents. 

Benjamin is no stranger to supporting Palestine and Gaza

The American rapper has made his pro-Palestine clear on countless occasions, especially during his recent concerts where he was seen waving the Palestinian keffiyeh and countless speeches about the matter. 

"Hind's Hall's" announcement took the internet by storm as many well-known pro-Palestine figures also reposted the song snippet on their official accounts including Bassem Youssef who said, "Macklemore, just dropped the song of the year. This is our anthem now".
