ALBAWABA - A video of a Chinese man is circulating across social media platforms after the individual got attacked and killed by a tiger for trying to sneak into a Zoo without paying for a ticket.

The graphic video was shared on X (formerly known as Twitter) by a user called Travis and according to them, the Chinese man found the entry ticket to the Zoo too expensive, so he paid for his son and wife and decided to sneak into the area only to be met with a tiger which attacked him.

According to the BBC, the incident took place in Youngor Zoo in the city of Ningbo, Eastern China and the man was rushed into the hospital only to be pronounced dead.

Despite the constant attempts to shoot the tiger, nobody was able to save the man and unfortunately, later the man died in front of his family, and the tiger was shot dead as well. The shocking video in question was first shared across news outlets in 2017 but has recently resurfaced in the Arab side of social media after the user mentioned above shared it.

According to the South China Morning Post, four visitors tried to do what the man did in 2006  in the same zoo and got injured badly by two lions instead of tigers.
