ALBAWABA - Fans of the smartphone market await the release of the most anticipated devices of 2024 as 2023 ends. If you held back on purchasing a device in 2023, you'll be glad to know that 2024 will have quite the roster of smartphone releases! 

Today we will list the possible smartphones that 2024 will offer the tech community, from the return of Samsung's beloved Flip/Fold phones and Apple's new iPhone 16 to unique phones and excellent mid-range devices such as Carl Pei's new Nothing Phone.

Samsung is expected to release the new variants of the S series which is its next line-up for flagship devices including the S24, S24 Plus and the Ultra. The new line-up is expected to ship with Snapdragon's 8 Gen 3 chip and many other upgrades.

It's been already six months since the release of Apple's iPhone 15 line-up, the hunt for what's coming next never ends for tech fans as people are already speculating what Apple's new line-up of the iPhone 16 will offer its users. According to Croma, Apple will make the Pro variant bigger this year.

With mid-range phones becoming more prominent and afforable, leaks around social media show that Carl Pei's Nothing Phone will make a comeback in 2024 with his third device, the Nothing Phone (2a).

One Plus has been in the market for a while and amde quite the name for itself outside of China thanks to its affordable yet monstreous devices because of theri specs. Like Samsung's S24 series, the one Plus 12 is expected to launch with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.

Coming in the next half of 2024, the sixth variant of Samsung's Fold and Flip phones will aslo likeley ship wiht the new snapdragon processor as Samsung doesn't seem sure of their Exynos chips as of now. The phones will likeley get new upgrades including the hinge, screens and hopefully a bigger battery for the Flip variant.

Google brought android fans great devices in 2023 but what it seems that it will be stepping up the game even fruther more with its new Pixel 9 phones including software updates, a possibility of a new design and a better camera from the already insane one.
