Conversely, Çağlar Ertuğrul was eager to rebut his colleague and fellow countryman, Can Yaman, who had earlier insulted Turkish stars. Yaman had replied to a fan that he, too, refuses to take part in projects with low financial compensation, despite the fact that he is a global celebrity.
"I am not arrogant," Çağlar Ertuğul said in his reply. If the role is something I'm really interested in, I can agree to be in a two-hour film, even if I'm just in a single scene.
